Keytalk AI built the Glamai app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Keytalk AI at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Glamai unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

We will be collecting the following personal information. Withoutit, we may not be able to provide certain services and features in the Glamai app.

The personal information we collect is related to providing Glamai and its features and falls into three general categories:

• Information you provide to us
• Information collected automatically
• Information we obtain from third parties

 

Information you provide

• Account Information

  - When signing up for a Glamai account, you will need to provide a valid email address (except when you sign-up with Facebook or Google and do not give permission to share it with Glamai), your username, and your password.

• Profile information

  - you may choose to provide additional information for your profile on Glamai.

For example:

• Your skin tone, your eye color, your skin type (if you wish to provide it)
• Date of birth (if you wish to provide it)
• A profile picture
• Any additional information you have chosen to provide will be shown on your profile page. However, this information will not be accessible to public and only you can view it.

Usage of profile information- the information collected will be used to personalize content shown on the app. The uploaded profile image will be used for AI analysis to provide personalized product recommendations.

Information we collect automatically

Certain information will be collected automatically during your use of the app, or through the use of cookies by third party code and libraries as described in our Cookie Policy.

This information would be:

• Usage Information

  We collect information about your interactions within the app. For example, the product pages you visited, the products you liked, beauty tastes you picked, connecting your Facebook or Google account, performing a voice search or a search via keyboard, the time, frequency and duration of your visits to eh app, and whether you interact with email messages, or app notifications, such as if you opened, clicked on, or forwarded the email message.

• Location Data

  - We collect information about your location when you use the Service, which helps us provide information for stores that appear to be near you or facilitate recommendations and searches with location-based data.

  - Your location can be determined with varying degrees of accuracy by :

• GPS
• IP address
• Sensor data from your device
• Information about things near your device, such as Wi-Fi access points, cell towers, and Bluetooth-enabled devices
• Log Data

  - We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

• Cookies

  - Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

• Behavioural Advertising

  - We use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. For example:

Information from Third Parties

The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

• Single-Sign Ons

  - If you sign up on Glamai through third party applications like Facebook or Google, we collect your authentication information, such as your username, email address(optional), and other information available through the third-party application account.

  • Facebook

    - You can sign up and sign in with your Facebook account. If you sign up with Facebook, your username, first name, last name, email address, gender, profile picture will be collected by Facebook and will be provided to Glamai under the terms of Facebook’s Privacy Policy. If you signed up with Facebook by mistake, you can always delete your account from the Settings page in Glamai, or you can contact our Help Center.

  • Google

    - You can sign up and sign in with your Google account. If you sign up with Google, your email address, birthdate (optional), gender (optional) will be collected by Google and will be provided to Glamai under the terms of Google’s Privacy Policy. You can adjust the information shared using your Google activity controls. If you signed up with Google by mistake, you can always delete your account from the Settings page in Glamai, or you can contact our Help Center.

• Service Providers-

  We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

• To facilitate our Service;
• To provide the Service on our behalf;
• To perform Service-related services; or
• To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

We want to inform users of this Service that these third parties have access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information we collect from you for different business purposes according to different legal bases of processing and subject to the choices you make in your Settings.

We process this information to improve the Services we provide, to give our users the best experience, and where it is necessary for the adequate performance of our contract with you (e.g. Terms of Service).

• To Provide, Improve, and Develop the Service

• To operate your Glamai account, and to provide you with access to and use of the Service. Your email address and password are used to identify you when you sign-in to the app. Your device-IDs are used to ensure that you are in control of the devices that have access to your account.
• We conduct surveys and research, test features in development, and analyze the information we have to evaluate and improve products and services, develop new features, and conduct audits and troubleshooting activities.
• Your email will be used to send you service updates and notifications about your account.
• To respond to you about any enquiry you have submitted.
• We use your age to enable age restrictions.

• To Maintain a Safe and Secure Environment

• Detect and prevent fraud, spam, abuse, security incidents, and other suspicious activity.
• Verify and authenticate your identity and prevent unauthorized or illegal activity.
• Enhance the safety and security of our services.
• Conduct security investigations and risk assessments.
• To prevent or take action against activities that are, or may be, in breach of our Terms of Service or applicable law.
• To provide you with customer and technical support.

• To Personalize Content, Advertising and Marketing

• To improve your experience in the app by providing personalized content, recommendations, and features.
• To customize the content and measure the performance of any email, push notification, or in-app message we may send to you.
• Use automated systems and decision making to profile user characteristics and infer preferences based on information that you provide to us, your interactions within the app and content, your profile information, and information obtained from third parties. This data is used to create groups of users, called segments, who share similar characteristics and interests; we use segments to serve personalized content, advertising, and marketing messages. We also use automated systems to associate your activity over time across devices, and may associate activity and accounts under a single user ID, in order to determine that certain devices are related to each other and provide you with a personalized experience in the app.
• To deliver targeted marketing for Glamai on and off the app and measure the success of those campaigns. When you see our ads on a third party website or apps, we or third party services we engage for this purpose, may collect information that your browser or mobile app makes available when seeing the ad (e.g IP address, referral URL, browser details, timestamp of request), including whether a click converted to an actual purchase of a Subscription. Please see the privacy policy of such third party websites to understand what data may be collected and how to opt-out.
• Ads are more effective when they are shown to people who are likely to be interested in the product or service advertised. For this reason, we use the information we collect and receive to help us select which ads to show you on behalf of advertisers. This includes information you choose to provide to us (e.g. age) and make available to us when you interact with the Platform (e.g. by liking products), as well as general location data. We may also display ads based on the page you’re on or content you have recently viewed, searched, or liked. This allows us to show you ads that will likely be more relevant and interesting to you.
• When we engage third party services such as ad-networks and exchanges that enable us showing you targeted ads, we may also allow them to collect certain information such as cookie data and device identifiers. That information is used to synch or match users to segments and serve targeted advertising, including based on device activity, inferred interests, and general location information.
• Combine information we collect about you with information from business partners and use it to serve more relevant advertising.

We may use your data for other purposes, provided that we disclose the purposes and use to you at the relevant time, and provided that you consent to the proposed use of your personal data.

Entrustment for collected information

To continue to improve our services, the company entrusts some of these services to specialized companies. In order to ensure the safety of personal information protection when signing a entrustment contract, the company clearly stipulates compliance with personal information protection instructions, prohibition of personal information leakage, and liability in case of an accident.

Sharing of your information

We may disclose your personal information

• To advertisers and advertising service providers and business partners in order to serve ads based on your interests and measure the reach and effectiveness of those ads, including whether a user took an action (e.g. purchase a product). We may also share cookie data and device identifiers with service providers for data matching purposes, in order to improve ad targeting.
• We may also share aggregated information (information about our users that we render in such a way that it no longer identifies or references an individual user) and other pseudonymized information for regulatory compliance, industry and market analysis, demographic profiling, marketing and advertising, and other business purposes.
• We may disclose your information if we feel this is necessary in order to protect or defend our legitimate rights and interests, or those of our users, employees, directors, officers, or shareholders, and/or to ensure the safety and security of the Service.
• We may share your personal information within the Keytalk AI Group in order to provide the Service and for any other purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
• We may disclose your information to courts, law enforcement agencies, and governmental authorities (i) to comply with our legal obligations, (ii) to comply with legal process and to respond to claims asserted against Glamai, (iii) to respond to verified requests relating to a criminal investigation or alleged or suspected illegal activity or any other activity that may expose us, you, or any other of our users to legal liability, (iv) to enforce and administer our Terms of Service and other agreements with users, or (v) to protect the rights, property or personal safety of Glamai, its employees, and members of the public.

We will disclose your information only when you have given us permission to do so. We will make this clear to you at the point at which we collect your information, including the purpose(s) for which we will use the data.

Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

To ensure the security of your personal information, you should always check for a secure connection when providing information (e.g. when providing account information from Facebook or Google). You can check the existence of a secure connection by two ways.

• Look at the URL in your web browser. When connected to a secure server, the connection will be represented as ‘https’ instead of ‘http’ in the URL.
• Look at your web browser. You have an SSL connection if you see a closed lock or a solid key. If you click on this image, a small pop-up window displaying website security information will appear.

We urge you to protect your own privacy. We also recommended that you do not share your account password with anyone. While we strive to ensure the integrity and security of our network systems, Keytalk AI cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-party hackers from illegally obtaining information.

This Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. Anyone under the age of 13 in the United States and the rest of the world, is not permitted to use the app and must not attempt to register an account or submit any personal information to us. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions. If you have reason to believe that we may have collected any such personal data, please notify us immediately at account@keytalkai.com

Opting out

If you would like to stop receiving updates from Glamai at any time, you may e-mail us at account@keytalkai.com    with a statement requesting that you wish to cancel Glamai e-mail promotions, push notifications, and in-app messages. Please allow sufficient time for your request to be processed. You may also opt out from further push-notifications by adjusting the permissions in your mobile device.

You can stop all further collection of information by us by uninstalling the Glamai application.
However, please be aware that if you have not requested to delete your account before uninstalling the application, the information you shared to us when signing up for an account will still be valid and stored for the case of re-installment of the application. Therefore, if you do not want further collection of information of any type, please delete your account before uninstalling the application. You can find the ‘delete your account button’ in the Settings of the application.

Notice To California Users

We are providing the following to comply with California Law which includes California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”). The CCPA gives California Residents the right to know what personally identifiable information is collected about them, and how it is used, disclosed, and sold. The CCPA also gives them the right to request access or deletion of their personal information and to request for their personal information to not be sold.

The information we collected will include from what we have collected or disclosed within the preceding 12 months.

We collected, including through service providers, and disclosed the following categories of personal information:

• Identifiers, such as your name, email address, birthday, profile name, as well as IP addresses, device IDs, mobile advertising IDs, and other similar identifiers;
• Characteristics about you like age you choose to provide when you register an account in the app
• Internet or other network activity information, including browsing and search history and other information about your use of the Service, as well as information about how you interact with ads for Glamai on and off the app.
• Geolocation data derived from IP addresses;
• Audio, visual, and other electronic information, such as sound recordings and images.
• Inferences drawn from any of the personal information above to create a profile or segment about you so we can provide you with personalized content and advertising.

We disclosed the categories of personal information above, including to our service providers and affiliates, for a range of operational business purposes, including:

• To operate and maintain the Service and your account;
• To market products and services
• To provide personalized content and ads
• To perform research and development
• To perform data and business analytics
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• To perform identity verification
• To process user inquiries and requests

For purposes of CCPA, the disclosure of personal information to our advertising partners to provide you with personalized ads may constitute a “sale” in some instances. The personal information disclosed is limited to the following:

• IP address and device ID
• Age you provide
• General location information
• Inferred beauty tastes based on your use of the Service

We do not otherwise “sell” personal information.

Exercising Your California Privacy Rights

CCPA and other California law provides California residents with the additional rights listed below. You may exercise any of the rights described in this section through the Help Center or by contacting us at  account@keytalkai.com Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before taking further action on your request.

• Right to Access: You have the right to know and access what data we have collected about you over the past 12 months, including:
• The categories of personal information we’ve collected about you
• The categories of sources from which the personal information is collected
• The business or commercial purpose for collecting your personal information
• The categories of personal information about you which we shared and/or sold
• The categories of third parties we have shared or sold personal information to
• The specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
• Right to Delete: You have the right to request that we delete personal information we have collected from you (and direct our service providers to do the same). In some instances, however, we may decline to honor your request where an exception applies according to applicable law.
• Other Rights: You can request certain information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year. This request may be made once a year. You also have the right not to be discriminated for exercising any of the rights listed above.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
